The benchmark NIFTY is down around 0.2% on the day, quoting at 19692.4. The Sensex is at 65661.74, down 0.2%. Jindal Stainless Ltd has added around 16.55% in last one month.

Meanwhile, Nifty Metal index of which Jindal Stainless Ltd is a constituent, has added around 4.73% in last one month and is currently quoting at 6803.9, down 0.04% on the day. The volume in the stock stood at 24.21 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 11.76 lakh shares in last one month.

The PE of the stock is 16.76 based on TTM earnings ending September 23.
